Event Information

Who should attend the Tech Users Summit?
Following the success of our 2024 event, the summit is designed for technology professionals, digital leaders, IT managers, system administrators, developers, and anyone interested in cutting-edge technology trends and best practices. Our 2024 event attracted 200+ industry leaders across diverse sectors.
What's included in my registration?
Your ticket includes access to all sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, enhanced networking opportunities, and event materials. The TUANZ Awards ceremony is also included – now in its second year following the successful 2024 relaunch.
Will sessions be recorded?
Selected sessions may be recorded for TUANZ and DHA members. We'll clearly indicate which sessions are being recorded.

Non-members$400 + GST
Student rateContact us for special pricing
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After this date, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Contact us for group rates if you're registering 5 or more attendees from the same organisation.

How do I become a TUANZ or DHA member?

TUANZ membership: Visit tuanz.org.nz for membership options.

DHA membership: Visit dha.org.nz for digital health professionals.

Can I join as a member and get the member rate?
Yes. Join before registering to receive member pricing. Membership benefits extend well beyond event discounts.

On the day

Practical Information

What's the dress code?
Business casual. The venue is air-conditioned, so we recommend bringing a light jacket.
Is parking available?
The Grand Millennium offers paid parking. We recommend public transport where possible – the venue is well-connected to Auckland's transport network.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Absolutely. We've built networking time into the schedule during breaks, lunch, and the awards ceremony.
Can I bring business cards?
Yes. We encourage networking and will have dedicated networking areas throughout the venue.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes, please indicate any dietary requirements during registration. We can accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other allergies.

Will WiFi be available?
Yes, complimentary WiFi will be available throughout the venue.
Should I bring a laptop or device?
While not required, you may find it useful for taking notes or participating in interactive sessions.
