By registering for and attending the Tech Users Summit 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

The Digital Health Association (DHA) and the Technology Users Association of New Zealand (TUANZ), along with their related entities, business partners, and other external agencies ("we", "our", or "us") are co-hosting the Tech Users Summit 2025.
Your personal information is being collected so that we can register your interest and participation in the event, and for the other purposes set out in the registration form.
Personal information is defined in the Privacy Act 2020 ("Privacy Act") as "information about an identifiable individual".
In agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Statement and submitting your registration to us, you authorise the release of, and use of, your personal information to and by our staff for all the purposes set out in this registration form.

All communications will be conducted within the scope and respect of this agreement and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will only contact you for legitimate event-related purposes, including but not limited to event updates, safety notifications, schedule changes, and future event invitations.

Standard message and data rates may apply to your mobile communications, however all costs associated with our SMS communications to you are covered by DHA and TUANZ.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on event activity and your participation. We will not send excessive or unnecessary communications.
